Miyazaki Japanese Dining is a locally owned Japanese restaurant with a full steakhouse menu at Fashion Place Mall in Murray, minutes from Salt Lake City. We are not a franchise, and we are not a hibachi grill.
Our Story

Miyazaki is locally owned and operated. At our tables, authentic Japanese sushi and a steakhouse dinner share one meal, from Otoro nigiri to certified A5 Wagyu you sear yourself on a hot rock.
Our sushi chefs are trained in traditional technique, and we source premium ingredients, including A5 beef from Miyazaki, Japan, with its certificate of authenticity. We also sell fresh fish to guests in our lobby for cooking at home, and we offer gift cards.
Our team pays close attention to dietary restrictions and allergies, so let your server know what you need.

Authentic sushi
Nigiri, sashimi and signature rolls from a full sushi bar, including Otoro (bluefin tuna belly) and fresh wasabi grated tableside.
A full steakhouse menu
Domestic Wagyu sirloin and tenderloin, a 28-day aged Certified Angus ribeye, and certified A5 Japanese Wagyu from Miyazaki, Japan, which comes with its Japanese certificate of authenticity.
Ramen and the hot kitchen
Tonkotsu broth simmered for 14 hours, Black Garlic Lobster Ramen with a whole lobster tail, donburi bowls and a domestic Wagyu burger.
